I love all of itttt!!!. The staff was very helpful, my baby was vomiited on the first night, and 2nd night my son's pampers leaking wetting the bed, when we requested to change the bedsheet, they come and change it immediately. Really love the service. The location also is strategic. Got Mydin Mall, Pizza Hut, Pharmacy nearby and easy to access by walking. I would like to recommend this hotel for those who want to stay vacation at Kuala Terengganu. ❤️❤️❤️

No issue for food because this area lot of food stall and restaurant there, Shooping Mall Mydin,pharmacy, cloathing store,Pizza Hut, KFC also have.

Very good location, at business center, plenty of shops, a supermarket, many eating places around including pizza and those in maidin supermarket, ATM, stalls at back entrance road, few kilometers from airport. 3 floors hotel equipped with lift. Very clean, comfortable room, with iron board, kettle, mini freezer, good front desk staff, fast free wifi. Parking a lot of spaces, but probably at some distance and belong to local authorities with RM0.60 per hour rate from 0800-1800 hours with some exceptions. Thinking of the rate, my humble opinion is that it is very justifiable.

Love it!!! Would love to stay again but this place is always fully booked! There's a lot of power points, even some 4 stars hotel I've been too don't have that many power points. Plenty of places to eat nearby, Watson is in the opposite row.

The size of the room worth the money. Complete with all amenities including iron board, iron, hairdryer etc. The staff is very professional and polite.

This place near to KT city, which quite convenient. Parking also easy, if you're travelling w/o guardian/parent, i would recommend this place since its located at the shop lot, tempat yang terbuka, ramai orang. Staff friendly, got lift, dalam bilik got iron, small fridge, heater. Recommended!

The location is really good. Surrounded by shoplots and Mydin, with heaps of stalls. We always stay here. The last time my daughter left her pillow and the staff sent a notice by WA. After 4 months we went back and the pillow was still there, to our joy. Thanks!

Overall i like to stay here. Eventhough the room not spacious, but we comfortable and the surrounding not so noisy. Hence, the room complete with iron, iron board, hair dryer, kettle and others. I also request to check in early at 11am since we drove from selangor to terengganu at 3 am and wanted to rest first. They said we can check in early without extra charge. We are so happy because we can rest after a long drive! Thank you for their understanding. Will stay here again.
